1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Aurelia Vive pieces as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (including jewelry boxes and pouches).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy:
- Email us at service@aureliavive.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.
- Once authorized, please ship the item back to us. (Optional: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake, we’ve got you covered! We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at service@aureliavive.com immediately. We will send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
