2. Handcrafted & Custom Designs

Unique Nature: Every piece of Aurelia Vive jewelry is handcrafted or custom-designed. As a result, slight variations in stone color (especially for natural Moss Agate) and textures may occur. This is the hallmark of artisanal jewelry.
Production Time: By placing an order, you acknowledge that our jewelry is not mass-produced. Each piece requires a design and crafting period of 2–3 weeks before shipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Timeline: Total delivery time (Crafting + Shipping) is estimated between 3 – 5 weeks. While we strive for speed, these timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Global Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping worldwide.
Customs & Taxes: We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for most regions, including the US. This means we handle customs clearance and duties. You will not be charged extra taxes upon delivery.

4. Payments

Method: We currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal.
Security: All transactions are processed on PayPal’s secure servers. We do not store your financial information.
Authorization: By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
